Check your approved amount, payment dates and charges, then confirm the purchase.

For an eligible R3,000 order total, the two equal purchase instalments would be:

Do I always qualify for no deposit?

No. Eligibility varies. Sharing banking data through Happy Pay’s official process can help unlock its zero-deposit option.

Are there any fees?

On-time instalments are interest-free. The terms also provide for a card tokenisation charge on applicable transactions. Late fees and interest can apply to overdue payments.

When are the two payments due?

The advertised plan takes half on the first payday after purchase and half on the following payday. Check your agreed schedule.

Can I pay early?

Use the Pay Now option in your Happy Pay account.

When will my furniture be delivered?

After successful payment authorisation, fulfilment depends on stock and delivery arrangements. See our delivery information.

How do returns work?

Contact 5Star Furniture about the return. An approved refund is sent to Happy Pay for processing. Follow your payment obligations until the provider updates your schedule.
