Do you offer same-day delivery?

In Gauteng, we offer same-day or next-day delivery, or delivery on your preferred date and time, for fully assembled, ready-to-use furniture.

Outside Gauteng, we deliver nationwide via trusted couriers. Delivery times vary by location. We need your area and product to provide a quote.

In Townships, we deliver. We deliver to townships in Gauteng and all over South Africa.

For nationwide courier deliveries, some furniture ships unassembled.

What's your return policy?

You have 14 days to notify us if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all parts. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once approved, we’ll process a repair, exchange or refund within 5 working days.

What payment plans do you offer?

PayJustNow, 3 monthly interest-free payments. You take the item home after the 1st payment of 33%.
MoreTyme, 3 monthly interest-free payments. You take the item home after the 1st payment of 50%
Mobicred, 12 monthly payments with interest. You take the item home before the 1st payment.
Lay-by, up to 12 monthly interest-free payments. You take the item home after paying in full.
Bank transfers, card or cash payments.
In-store payments or payment on delivery.

What if my furniture arrives damaged?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label. Return the item to our Midrand store within 14 days. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue within 5 business days, offering repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
