5Star Furniture has been in the furniture industry since 2005, and we would like to share more about ourselves with you. We are a trusted and reputable furniture re-seller. We have a showroom in Midrand, JHB, and an online store launched in 2018 that has served many customers. We service Gauteng and other parts of South Africa via affordable courier services.
We sell a variety of furniture for your living room, bedroom, kitchen and home office from South African suppliers as well as some imported goods. Our goal is to find affordable furniture so that our customers get more for their money.
We understand the quest for furniture that is comfortable, stylish, durable and most importantly, affordable. We also know that you might not have transport for furniture, and we understand you might not have the physical strength to carry the item(s) from your house to the area where you need them! At 5Star Furniture, we strive to make buying furniture easy. We aim to have a quick turnaround time from purchase to delivery. In most cases, we get it done on the same day.
We do not manufacture; we partner with small, local, and independent furniture suppliers (mostly unknown). This is the key to keeping our prices relatively low. We do not believe branded furniture is better and deal with suppliers that manufacture top-quality alternatives to overpriced brands. Our suppliers do not focus on expensive brands but rather on finding products that offer value and are cheaper to pass the savings on to you, our customer. Constantly renewing and extending our product range is key, and new suppliers are always welcome.
We serve our customers with joy and take pride in the goods that we sell. 5Star Furniture is owner-managed, which means good service from your first inquiry to the delivery and the quality of the goods. We are small enough to customise some goods in the quiet months of the year (colour and sizes).
We take personal responsibility when goods are faulty and drive the process to return repaired/exchanged items to our valued customers as soon as possible.
