Return Policy

All items displayed and sold by 5 Star Furniture is subject to strict quality control standards. Should a customer not be satisfied with any product received within 7 days from date of receipt, 5 Star Furniture will endeavour to repair or replace the item in question.

It is the responsibility and for the account of the customer to return and later collect the faulty item. If 5 Star Furniture is not able to repair or replace within a reasonable time period the item a full refund of the value of the goods will be made.

If the online purchase is cancelled after payment but before collection/ delivery a 10% administrative fee will be deducted.
